Silence and white washing will not do. 🙅‍♀️

Diva, What we see happening in the U.S. right now is absolutely full on and needed on so many levels. It is both painful and also a pivotal time of change, healing, and awareness for all. I read this quote and it really hit home for me: "The beauty of anti-racism is that you don't have to pretend to be free of racism to be an anti-racist. Anti-racism is the commitment to fight racism wherever you find it, including in yourself. And it's the only way forward." - Ijeoma Oluo To say this is an intense time is an understatement. However, we are leaders, and leaders do not remain in their shell, silence their voices out of fear, and censor themselves to be ‘politically correct’ and ‘appropriate’. ❌ We must acknowledge and call out injustice! We must mobilize ourselves and our power! We must use our voices! We must have a backbone and take a stand! This is a time for us to unite as a global family and for women who have gifts, privilege, and a platform (however big or small) to RISE UP and be true leaders. 📣 I am bored and just DONE with the conversation about whether or not we deserve to be heard and if our voices really matter. Women who sit around questioning their value and suffocating their own power are never going to be the ‘western women’ that the Dalai Lama said would save the world. You are valuable. You are worthy 💎. PERIOD. THE END. AND SO IT IS. Imprint this into your psyche NOW, diva; otherwise, you’ll continue to suffer and perpetuate the suffering of others. We need change-makers, not women stuck in powerlessness right now. We need to all be responsible for what we are and are not bringing forward into the world. ✨ Look, diva, the men in power are working with trillions of dollars on their side. Women are losing elections because they don’t have the funds. And black people are suffering because of generations of systemic racism and poverty. 🙅 When one woman prospers, we ALL prosper. And when one woman is burned, beaten, broken, and brutally constricted in her power because of the color of her skin, we ALL have to give a fuck and speak up 📣. Otherwise, how can we truly say we are sisters? "If you are neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppressor." - Desmond Tutu I’m here to BE a woman of power and influence and to lead other women who are sick of the toxic overload of bullying, terrorizing, and injustice that happens every day inside homes and in our culture at large. I’m sending LOVE 💓 and praying for massive reform as we wake up and support our black community and sisters of colour. 🙏 Here is a photo from 2015 where I got to spend time with some of my gorgeous clients. I am proud to say that I’ve always been inclusive and stood for women of all shapes, sizes and colors. My community has always been and will continue to be a safe space for you to be heard and supported. You can join my free Facebook group HERE to hear more and join our conversation. I will not back down in times like this. I will not stay silent. I will be open to learning, being corrected, and becoming a better leader every day. ✨ If you're not willing to do the same, seriously consider why that is and if it’s just coming from your own lack of self-worth and insecurity, diva. You’re more powerful than you know. 👑 CHANT WITH ME: 🙏 I am held. I am supported. I am loved. I am innately worthy, valued, and important. I am rising up as I create profound change. My voice is potent and powerful. It is my birthright to be heard. I am open to being imperfect. I am willing to learn, grow, and rise. My work is more important than ever. Dear divine, please give me the courage to lead. I see change and healing coming to all. I see a world where we live together in love and respect. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. And so it is. There is a massive contortion in our collective vibration right now. What lane are you going to be in? The lane of self-sabotage, continued repression, and powerlessness? Or the lane of learning, healing, and action? 🤔 Before I go, I want to remind you about PART TWO of my free training happening next week in my Facebook group–High End Empire.
