Know who you are speaking to and communicate in a way that shows your audience a deep understanding of their struggles and pain. This will allow them to feel deeply held and supported, like someone finally gets them.🙌🙌

To do this effectively, it requires you to release the energetic blocks that may be preventing you from being seen by your audience. This usually comes from your fear of being judged or ostracised, causing you to self-attack, criticize your own worth and, ultimately, not show up as the divine being you are with an innate ability to connect, serve and sell.

We live in a society that tells us to attack and ridicule, but this only draws us deeper into the ‘not enoughness’ syndrome. I’m here to invite you to release that old, defunct and debilitating story and move into a grounded realm of deeply appreciating who you are and knowing that you are more than enough.

Start by honoring yourself deeply and clearly define your message and what it is you are here to communicate and articulate.

Understand that your energy and voice will either attract or repel people, so it is vital to show us who you are in terms of being truthful, honest, real and vulnerable. Don’t hide. Speak from a place of deep heart and connection. You don’t need to be anyone other than who you are.  💖💖🙏🙏💖

If you want to sell, you need to show up. When you want to connect with your audience, you need to look at your own presence and be present with yourself.
